What is the Care Bond and do I get it back?

The Care Bond is a refundable deposit of $700 CAD collected before delivery. It is fully refunded within 21 business days of equipment pickup at the end of your subscription, minus any deductions for damage beyond normal wear. You receive an itemised statement with any deductions.

What if I need to cancel before 9 months?

An early termination fee of $200 CAD plus one month's subscription fee is deducted from your Care Bond and the remaining balance is refunded within 21 business days. After your 9-month term you move to month-to-month with 30 days notice and no exit fee.

Do you damage my walls or ceiling?

No wall damage whatsoever — nothing visible, nothing permanent. The installation is clean and professional, and when the gym is removed your home is left exactly as it was. Perfect for renters, condos, and anyone who values their space.

What ceiling height do I need?

Our units work with ceiling heights of 8ft to 11ft (2.44m–3.35m) — standard across most Canadian homes, condos, and townhouses. We confirm before scheduling delivery.

How does pickup work when I'm done?

Give us 30 days notice. We schedule a pickup, our team comes and removes everything — and we refund your Care Bond within 21 business days. No used marketplace listing, no hauling, no disposal. We handle everything.

How long does installation take?

Our trained technicians complete delivery and installation in under 2 hours. They clean up and walk you through everything before leaving. Your child can start using the gym the same day.
