Reserve your installation
Choose your plan — Explorer, Climber, or Adventurer — and reserve with your first month at the launch rate. That payment is held as your reservation and applied to your first month of membership once your gym is installed. It's fully refundable any time before installation, so you're holding a place, not taking a risk.

Before anything ships, we confirm your ceiling height and footprint — condos, townhomes, and basements included. If your reserved plan won't fit safely and comfortably, we move you to one that does, or refund you in full. You'll never be locked into equipment that doesn't suit your home.

Once your installation date is confirmed, we collect the refundable $700 Care Bond and send the full agreement — then a trained team arrives with everything, installs your free-standing gym without a single hole in your walls, checks every connection, and places the safety mat. Our typical installation goal is 45–60 minutes. You lift nothing.

Every family gets two weeks after installation to see how Playdapt fits real life: the morning climbs, the after-school energy burn, the snow-day rescue. If it's not right for your family — any reason — tell us within 14 days and we'll collect it with a full refund.

Monthly membership starts only after your gym is installed — never before. Your first month is already covered by your reservation, and your launch rate is held for your full 9-month term. After that, you're month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

Children outgrow equipment; they don't outgrow movement. When your child is ready for more, we swap your gym for the next configuration — the swap itself is free, and your monthly simply moves to the new plan's rate. And whenever you're done, we collect everything and leave the room exactly as we found it.
