Launch offer questions

What makes the launch pricing special?

As one of our first 10 families you get our lowest-ever pricing — Basic $99, Plus $139, Premium $169 — and that rate is held for your full 9-month term. It's our thank-you for joining us at launch.

I haven't seen the gym in person — is that a risk?

No risk to you. Your reservation is fully refundable right up until we install, and you have a 14-day love-it guarantee after install — if you don't love it, we remove it free and refund you. You only commit for real once it's standing in your home and you're happy.

Why only 10 spots?

We're a brand-new local company and we want to start with a small group of families we can look after personally. The first 10 families get our lowest pricing for the term and a direct line to us — in exchange for joining us at launch.

Do you damage my walls or ceiling?

No wall damage whatsoever — nothing visible, nothing permanent. The installation is clean and professional, and when the gym is removed your home is left exactly as it was. Perfect for renters, condos, and anyone who values their space.

What if I need to cancel before 9 months?

An early termination fee of $200 CAD plus one month's subscription fee is deducted from your Care Bond and the remaining balance is refunded within 21 business days. After your 9-month term you move to month-to-month with 30 days notice and no exit fee.
